Q: Am I required to be home when Specialized Cleaning, LLC arrives?
A: You don't need to be home for exterior pressure washing services. However, we will need you to do the following things:
Pressure washing - Make sure you have all your windows closed, and at least one exterior outlet on and functional for us to complete the pressure washing. Please have arrangements made for payment.
Window cleaning - For exterior window cleaning, all windows must be closed and locked, and all screens covering exterior windows must be removed. For an interior window cleaning, we'll need to schedule a time when we can access your home.
Q: What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning service?
A: We always treat your home as if it were our own. However, if something were to be damaged or broken during our visit, Specialized Cleaning, LLC is fully insured, and will take all necessary steps to properly handle the situation.
Q: What's the best way to pay for the service?
A: Most customers find it convenient to simply leave an envelope taped to the front door, with payment enclosed in the form of cash or a check made payable to Specialized House Cleaning.
Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit, unless pre-arranged. A $25 fee is applied to all returned checks, and a $10 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled day of service.
